At Regalo Gifting, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with utmost care. To ensure product integrity, hygiene, and customer satisfaction, please review our return and exchange policy outlined below.
Customized / Personalized Products
Non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
By placing an order for a customized product, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Standard Products (Non-Customized)
How to Request an Exchange:
Take clear photos or a video of the product.
Send them to our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your Order ID in the message.
Pack the item using the original packaging materials.
Your product will be picked up within 3 days.
Once received, a quality check will be conducted before the exchange is processed.
Note: Replacement depends on stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or choose another item from the same category.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product passes the quality check.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Delivery of Exchanged Products
Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
General Conditions
Products must be unused and in their original packaging for any return or exchange to be processed.
Regalo Gifting reserves the right to deny return or exchange requests if the issue is not valid or lacks sufficient evidence.
Order cancellations are not allowed once confirmed, especially for customized items.
